Called more than 2 hours ago. Still waiting and my milk is probably bad now, thanks. The last time I got a call I was told 25 minutes they would show up, far past 25 minutes now. I wish I could rate lower than 1 star. This isn't the first time I had to wait over 2 hours at a grocery store for a taxi. I understand under staffing but from what I see on other's reviews is also terrible service. There is only 3 drivers that are good.

The driver was 20 minutes late and went to the wrong house. I had to run down the street to catch her. Didn't put my bag in the car, or get out to help me with the hatch except to say 'look out that will hit you'. Will absolutely not call them again.

The driver was late and my brother missed check in time at the airport because of it. I called twice to confirm the pickup location because the app got it wrong twice and the person on the phone confirmed they updated the right address. They did give him a free ride home after causing him to miss his flight. But that doesn’t really help us. If you need to get somewhere on time, don’t use this cab company.

Call the dispatch at the taxi company and request an early pickup, take into consideration the day and time and number of drivers available

I've had the same problem many times I appreciate talking to a real person also and not a robot but they're a good company
Depends on how far you're going and how many people are riding. My bf used to drive for them, he told me it costs about 60 bucks from Franklin blvd.
As a driver I have loaded bikes, walkers, and luggage. Speaking from a driver point of view, It is nice for the advanced notice because we can put the seats down or make whatever room we need to, prior to picking you up. Doing this, makes things more efficient and we can help get you where you need to go in a timely manner.
Yes and as a new driver…. I Am appalled at the mismanagement of this company . The people in the office have been awful to me as a “new contractor “ . I’m attempting the find out who actually own the company. Do they know how awful and mismanaged this place is. Jay is the general manager… it trickles down. They will continue to attract un happy drivers as Oregon tax is operating from a place of lack. I’ve been here a short time and I’m amazing but will not stay. They are still advertising new hire bonuses I was hired a month ago went through all of the certifications city licenses to be a rideshare driver through Oregon Taxi and they told me I couldn’t have the sign on bonus was no longer available and then they decided to honor it because I commented that they are still advertising. Day 10 time for bonus and Jay the general manager says no and the ad is currently still up 2/9/22
