It was my first time being here so I just walked in and as always someone walks up to you, takes you to their workspace, etc. My daughter & I chose what we wanted and went through or appointments. I left quite a review, explaining my experience. I had a response immediately. The woman so sweet & offered to fix our nails for FREE. They got us in ASAP. My feelings on this place NOW is that Cassy is incredibly talented & an amazing nail tech. . . Jasmine as well. Also, they have a 7-Day Policy so if you're ever unsatisfied with the service. . . Very professional and good service. Everytime I can I go to get my nails done there. I have seen they have multiple designs for people looking for creative nails. I love their gel nail options. They last a while and there is a 7 day guarantee on them.

I was hesitant to come here after reading some less-than-great reviews but I'm so glad I did! I got a very relaxing pedicure from Chi, and the next day Nicole gave me a PERFECT gel manicure, my first one! It's been two weeks and my manicure is still perfect, even after a few shifts back at work bartending. I'm thrilled with it. Nicole was super friendly and informative and did such a fantastic job. I'm glad to have a go-to nail spot in Eugene, finally :)
