This place was kind of busy because of college graduation and other events going in town. Highly recommend making an appointment here. They do serve different kinds of local wine made in the local area. Thats for the customers and others over 21 years old. Very friendly service in town. My daughter and my wife love it and the glass of wine their choice. Buy that costs extra.

I'm about two weeks late I think on this review and will be heading in soon for a fresh set of nails, but Johanna did an amazing job on my nail art! She was thoughtful, enjoyable to talk with and double checked to make sure I was getting what I wanted. THE ONE THING THAT YOU SHOULD KNOW: the customer service is awesome. I was a little fly on the wall and heard about an unhappy customer who called in and the team was so healthy about how they handled it, they were not defensive, they didn't critique the customers explanation, they listened and wanted to make it right. Can I ask when the last time you felt like you were heard when you weren't happy with your nails? You can tell a lot about a company based on how they treat unhappy customers, and to me this business is a good one! I really like this nail salon, the hardest part for me is they are busy! I do not recommend stopping by without an appointment, infact i dont think they do walk-ins at all. I highly recommend everyone at the West 11th location, from the first moment you interact with the team until the end they are great! Thank you!!!!

Very pleasant environment with an interior pond with beautiful Koi fish. There’s a bar in the Lobby where you can get beer or wine, hence the name “Nails Uncorked” while you wait for your nail technician. You can get non alcoholic beverages too and bring them to your pedicure or manicure station. People there are friendly and helpful. Absolutely love this salon!

My daughter went in for acrylics (her first time) and the tech sliced her fingers open, bleeding, on 5 different fingers. Cuts under her nails and also on top, by her nail bed. All were bleeding. She would pull her hand back after each slice and he'd say, "Oh, you're fine". When I called the manager, he apologized and said it was from the sharp files. As if it wasn't a big deal. We will not be going back.
