I have been here many times and have never experienced this. I made an appointment for my husband and I at 5:30 the other evening. We wanted to unwind, have a pedicure and some wine. I arrive first and filled out two papers for us. One person through away one of them and I had to repeat myself multiple times saying there was two of us. So finally I had to fill out another paper. I was specific on both and requested wine and water. They started our pedicures with no water and no wine. I had to ask multiple times before someone got them for us. Our total came to $119 and the pedicures were not good. I don’t expect much but this just was over all not a good experience. Water was very hot even though I told them it was. When they were removing my gel he kept running the tool over my skin and hurting me. 🥺. Very disappointing

Was visiting Oregon and was looking for a great nail salon, checked the reviews and decided to go to Mini Nails. Need I say, I am very picky about my nails but Tina mastered it all the way. There customer service is also great and they aim to please. If in Eugene, OR again will definitely return!!! Also never been to a nail salon with good drinks. Really enjoyed my time here and again I say, I am very picky and hard to please!!!

It was my first time here and I’m very happy with my experience. Vivian and Kyle both worked on my nails, and they did such a good job. They were really nice and they took their time and took care of my nails. I was nervous about getting this nail shape for the first time but i’m pleased with how they turned out!
