I've had the same problem many times I appreciate talking to a real person also and not a robot but they're a good company
I can help with that im a dispatcher there. Call in and wait for the robot voice to speak and hit 0 or 1 eventually the computer will send you to a live Operator so that we can help I'm sorry our system has been a little wonky lately we are working with IT as well as our phone company to get this matter resolved. Please remember that after 7pm any day of the week at this time due to staffing shortage we have one dispatcher if you call while it's busy it may take a few minutes for someone to answer I promise we will do everything to help.
