Can cash be refunded if you put it on your Visa? I temporarily mislaid this card and need a couple items returned that were charged

If you pay with credit you receive credit back. Pay with cash you receive cash back on all returns

If you are talking about the Costco visa. I recently was at Costco and I used last years money back coupon in your visa wallet, and they gave me cash back because I didn't use all of it.I think if you let them know you would like the cash back and see what they do.

I believe they can. I've definitely gotten refunded cash before after paying with a card.
