Call animal control so they can trap them or try to trap them yourselves ..you can buy animal traps at Rural King in Leesburg. I think
The animal shelter apparently does not usually take them. Although they have some for adoption (as barn cats), so I'm not sure where those come from. To prevent an increase in the population, you can try contacting TNR. They will trap, neuter (or spay), and release the cats back to their area. Having a few outside cats is good to keep down the snake and rodent population.
Last time I asked Lake County Animal Shelter about them they said there's nothing they can do their feral as long as they're fixed that's all they at they care about
Animal control should remove them.
