They never answer the phone and they always hang up on you. Im still waiting on a callback from 3 weeks ago and they keep telling me my attorney not available i call everyday multiple times a day

You should call the Public Defenders' office and the receptionist will forward your call to an attorney for response. I am not an attorney but recently met with one of their attorneys and he was a great help.
Iwhy would a public defender take someone's money and not represent them properly ...at the time he was. Taking private cases
