I was doing a phone interview and the person was speaking very low that I could hardly hear. I kept asking him to repeat his questions because he was almost whispering. he replied "are you busy?" I told him "no, I just can't hear you because you're speaking too low." then he said "do I need to scream." I replied "no, but speaking up would be nice" then he HUNG UP. I'm hard of hearing and instead of accommodating me, he just hung up. he needs to attend a class in customer service or quit his job.

I've been trying to call for my phone interview since January 5th to recieve insurance for pregnancy. I haven't been seen by a Dr since I was 9 weeks pregnant. Here we are almost a month later and I'm 16 weeks and 6 days pregnant and still haven't been seen. THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT DOING THIER JOBS.

I can not believe that I called ten times trying to find out about my case it has no option to speak to a representative or any department that can speak with the only option they have do not pertain any case references or any number to speak to someone about my case not only is it ridiculous but it is just a shame and a disappointment to the people of Florida looking to seek help this state doesn’t want to help anyone in need I never seen such poor ways they treat people I understand they are busy and have a lot of cases but they should have a way people can speak to another person to get things resolved or at lease a voicemail for the snap department I am so disappointed with the way these people treat another technology has definitely made it worse in Florida for a person who needs help to get the assistance they need very very sad !!!!!!
