The site says first come first serve came in to adopt a dog met the dog then the lady said she would have the dog brought up to us. when the dog was brought out the dog was showed to another lady that got there after us. She was adopted.

I'm sorry that happened to you. Its good the dog was adopted. I would discuss with manager so she understands what happened. Sometimes it's so busy that communication lines get crossed
