Hi! I 'd like to take my mom, who is in a wheelchair, to see the Garden, would it be feasible for me to carry her around at least through some parts of it so it's worthwhile for her to go? Thanks...

Though Lisa is correct, some of the interesting area may not be accessible by wheelchair. I suggest the San Francisco Botanical garden in Golden Gate park. Even the unpaved paths are wheelchair accessible.
