Very nice, and free, rose garden especially in the late spring. You could smell the roses when arriving there. It is relatively small but the view and the garden are worth the trip.

What a fantastic spot to visit! Beautiful terraced plant beds chock full of roses. Really appreciated all of the signs denoting the types and loved that multiples of each type we're planted together. Such an impact! Also liked how the colors in the amphitheater part looked like they transitioned from dark to light from the top down and in from the sides. Stunning! Also liked the winding trails, but wish they didn't lead to locked gates. But that just gave us more time to visit. Spectacular!

Beautiful rose garden. Free to enter. There's also a playground across the street as well which you can go to thru a tunnel below the road.

Pleasently surprised with the variety, architecture ad serenity. Beautiful place to visit.

Yes they will. If you check out the pictures that I took around this time last year, it'll give you a good idea of what theyll look like.
No .it is open for public
Haven't visited this year yet. Normally, earliest blooms in March through May... But (worldwide) warning trends might move that earliest blooming date a few days earlier this year (but, alas, not to February 14.) Good luck!
Yes
I was just there working on the 13th and it was
There also a really big park across the road with benches
Yes, by March they should be in full bloom. Enjoy!
Yes!!!
I was just there today. There is a sign posted on the gate outside (near the tennis court and bathrooms) that says there are no dogs allowed in the rose garden.
Yes there is. Near the tennis courts, to your right (courts should be to left) at the bottom of the hill if you enter from the top of the hill. Reverse instructions if entering from bottom hill tunnel
Probably in the Spring. However, it's great to visit year round - the view from the Garden is incredible, especially at sunset.
