I highly doubt they would do that. Reason being is they most likely buy that screen in bulk for a couple dollars. What your really paying for is the labor they charge you to install it. So even if they did it would still cost you the same.
They probably would but however they take real integrity in the work they do. They would probably fix it with a new screen for not much more.
