Worst customer experience I've ever had! It's impossible to cancel the subscription on their website, so you have to contact their customer support. They will not listen to your request to cancel, as they will do everything they can to keep you a customer. And there's the cancelation fee for the annual commitment.. Adobe is using sleazy tactics to keep paying customers, using cheap labor from India, and they don't really care about the customer experience.. That's it for me, not ever paying for another Adobe product.

Adobe is nearly as blatantly awful as is Google. How is it that I can't find more than a handful of Adobe reviews above 3-star, almost all are 1 or 2-star, yet Google shows them having an above 4-star rating? I don't need artificial intelligence or even above-average intelligence to know this does not add up. Tech oligarchs protecting their own.

Wouldn't cancel (not refund) CANCEL some subscription I was being charged for on my debt card. They saw the fraudulent subscription in the system, but because my info was different from what they had, (no duh.) they wouldn't cancel it. Stay away, scummy company.

This is the WORST software company I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. Back when I could actually buy Photoshop it worked great with zero problems. They got greedy and became a software as a service company, and it all went down hill. Creative could frequently logs me out, often instantly, when I have just logged in, and requires a restart. This has been going on for 6 months now. Tech support is in India and are of ZERO help. The only reason I use Photoshop these days is because other more important software only gives me the ability to retouch in photoshop. I have offered the developer $1000 to allow opening/retouching and saving in affinity photo just so I can be done with adobe systems. Avoid these clowns at all cost. They don't care about their clients at all.

I recently received a fraud charge for 9.99 dated for 12/2 but i paid for my subscription in full. Also I have a corporate account and can not share my screen. I need someone to assist me with setting up my account who can walk me thorough it. It is not working properly
