While the selection and showroom is nice, you better hope nothing is wrong with your order. If you have an issue, you can call 6 days in a row and they will not follow up. There is no urgency or desire to help the customer. Even if the customer is in the middle of construction and is incurring costs every day Bedrosians fails to follow up.

My bath remodeling is in works. Just finished a part of the master bath. The downstairs powder is in the works. I did not know about Bedrosians when I purchased the tiles etc.. when I purchased the tiles for the master. I bought everything form Home depot and I did not much choice as I had to stick to the color scheme that was in the rest of the bath. My contractor, Amando Diaz of DCB construction's tiles guy Steven of Quality tiles recommended this place. I am glad that I stopped by. When I read the yelp reviews of this place, one person mentioned the showroom assistant, a Marta Shao's name. I called the store and made an appointment with Ms. Marta. I am sooooo glad I did that. She is an interior designer. Knows what she is working with. When I ran my colors scheme with her, she suggested tiles, accent tiles, drew a 3-D design of what could with where along with measurements. They have tiles, accent tiles, grout and frame in case of not using Bullnose. By the way grout, and the frame prices are very much comparable with the bog box stores like Home depot. One may think that if a tiles showroom offering interior designing support, they must make for that in the tile pricing. Surprisingly, that did not happen in my case. , Marta helped me pick the tiles that fit my color scheme, what's even better, when placing the order I found that they have a special promo on them. After my one hour with her, I had a complete visualization of how the finished room would look like. Her support did not stop there, I sent her a link to variation of the bath sink (since the design we discussed in the am was not available) at around midnight, I got a prompt response with a link to different suggestions a minuter after my email. She does respond to the emails very promptly. There is plenty of parking with handicapped slots.
