I really like all the tools and communication in place to help us do our job, and/or get things done/resolved. When an issue comes up, and they do from time to time, it opens the door for evolving our process to make it better. That is really good. Check-ins on how we are doing, how our projects are doing is also very good. It allows reaffirming things are going well, and alerts for anything not going well and may need to be addressed, and to-dos that may need to be done. All good to help us be on track, and also communicate with our senior.
