The place was clean and staff was very pleasant. No place to sit, the only chair in there I think is for "just in case" someone really has to sit. The quality of work was good. There is an option to go online and make an appointment which I think is a good idea as it gives you some idea on how busy they are. There is no guarantee that they may have parts on hand for your specific repair but they check that for you and give you your options. Check in process took too long especially since I was there the day before to set-up the appointment. The parts which were set aside for my appointment were put away also. Although my repair was completed on time but as told I did not get any notification that my repair was done.

Brought my tablet down to location after quote if $409.00 was given to me from Leah at what I was later told was call center in Phillipines. Leah repeatedly wanted me to just go down for free diagnostic. This is something I did not need since tablet won't turn on and you can see crack from where I dropped it last night. I made sure that Leah had the correct model numbers etc. so as to get the proper quote and made sure she confirmed putting my name, and quoted price that she got from calling technician at location. I asked why couldn't I just call and she said hang on and she would try again since her first attempt got no answer. I made what she called a appointment for a little later in day and went down. After driving home to get tablet and then across town to have work done I am told that the screen can not be ordered so they can not fix it. I understand things are a little messed up now with shipping and all and this is why I took time to call ahead and see who could repair. The technician tried to make some real bad excuses as to why I was told a price and to bring it on in. It was just frustrating to go to all that time on phone and have a call center give me totally incorrect information. What was really surprising was the lack of desire by the technician to try and figure out where it all went wrong. Instead if maybe apologizing and giving me a buisness card with direct number to call, the tech pointed to his number on the door that was backwards since the door was closed. I guess they have such a huge customer base they don't need my buisness or even care to try and smooth out a bad situation. Good luck to them.

After I got back side fixed, I realized there was another crack in the corner frame. Cince it will cost more to fix this old phone with the frame now too, I decided to keep my old phone and Christian gladly gave me a refund after fixing one part already. On top of that, he finished pretty fast. I'll recommend this spot to close friends.

I had to give this place a 5 star because they were so amazing. Tony Tran was helping me with my crack phone screen and he was so delightful and insightful. I'm sure he've seen many customers who were frustrated coming in with something broken or not working he was very patient and assuring that everything would be fine. Tony tram was so amazing my phone works good as new as if I've never cracked it. The whole process was so easy. I was able to go pick up my phone in a few hours they sent an email. This has been the most easiest insurance that I've dealt with before I will have to call them instead of my phone now it's so nice to just drop it off and know that you'll get it the same day.

I highly doubt they would do that. Reason being is they most likely buy that screen in bulk for a couple dollars. What your really paying for is the labor they charge you to install it. So even if they did it would still cost you the same.
We do not typically work on headphones due to the parts being difficult to source and the repair not being cost-effective. However, we do offer free diagnostics on all devices so you are welcome to bring them into your local store to see if they can help.
