Other than leaving voicemail messages at the scheduling number, what can I do to get someone to call me back? My doctor appointment is rapidly approaching, and we need to be able to discuss scan results at that time.

You don't really have a lot of options with them. My son's ultrasound took almost a month for them to schedule. Then it was schedule two weeks out. Call your doctor and see if there is somewhere else you can get your scans if you need them soon.
