I went to a park wide yard sale 6/2/22. Beautiful park, extremely nice people, roads clearly labeled & easy to navigate. Not all are good people. Walked up to lamp plugged in and turned on, bought one. Only after i had returned home had i discovered lady had removed specialty bulb from it when i had my back turned. Nice park just dont visit any of their yard sales.

It's a 55+ mobile home park with alot of manufactured homes there. I was looking into buying one.

My in-laws live here. It is a great place to retire to. Potlucks and game nights at the clubhouse. Friendly neighbors who look out for each other.

Very clean, quiet and nice mfg home park. Most of the lots are owned by the person living there, only a small amount of spots are owned by the court.
