Skyline has new management now and she is doing an amazing job of gettng Skyline back to being the beautiful well maintained park that it once was. She and the maintance man make a great team. I hope they stay here for along time. After living here for the last 32 years I would say she is the best Manager Skyline has ever had. Kudos to team that hired them!

Drinking water here tastes awful. Most people new to the area are clueless and are unaware that local drinking water is obtained from underground wells that have long suffered the impact of regional agricultural activity, for nearly a century. Water authorities tell us that our local drinking water is perfectly safe and meets all water quality standards...that is, if you can stand the taste. Prospective buyers here are urged to exercise due diligence.

Space rent is much too high. It is increasing every year, to the point where my 84 year old mother can barely afford to live there. The management does nothing to keep the grounds maintained which is left to the renters. My dear, sweet 84 yr. old mom cannot do much yard work, as you can imagine.

It is a trailer so. Take at that not all your neighbors are not bad. But it does seem they stand out. I would get a hold of Jayvons property manage and they are very knowledgeable about renting in Yakima.
