Working here was great until it wasn’t. I was a medical assistant here for about 3 months and loved the patients here at compassion family medicine! As a new Medical Assistant this was not the best learning environment, I had to find ways to do things on my own or rely on another Medical assistant who I couldn’t confidently ask for help. Her name was Nevada, she would merge old chart notes with new ones(the last HPI reason with the current HPI), she wouldn’t get patients current weight, or even blood pressure because it was merged from past appointments to the new appointment chart note. This would cause constant inaccurate chart notes and health care. I had also experienced poor treatment from Twylla in which she made me feel stupid in multiple occasions. I could honestly say that I worked my hardest for this clinic and deserved better treatment.

My experiences that I have had as a patient of Greg's has been nothing short of wonderful. He has been my provider for several years now. He talks with you and not at you, and listens to his patients. I firmly believe that Greg Bickel and David Anderson when he was there literally saved my life. I would like to say the working experience with Greg is awesome he is also a good physician assistant. I wish this clinic nothing but the best in the near future and hope the manager gets a better attitude and knows how to better handle situations and herself most of all and how to treat each employee equally.. Never have I felt threatened by a manager in my life but I sure did on February 11th...I will surely miss the frequent pt's that came in often...

I have taken my children to the walk-in clinic for the past year for various needs and every single practitioner who has seen us has been extremely knowledgeable, kind, and competent. The front office staff is always helpful and courteous on both the phone and in person. One of the best experiences we have had at Compassion Family Medicine is that we have always been seen quickly. Because of the incredible experiences we have had at the walk-in clinic, we are now choosing to change our primary care to Compassion Family Medicine.
