It should be called "Worst Practices". It took 3 visits and 8 months to get them to send a simple referral to a specialist. You'd be better off going to a veterinarian than here. Worst customer service ever. Horrible and terribly rude front desk staff. I kept getting different stories of when they sent referrals that were never received. I finally had to go to their office and sit for an hour while me and the referral person called the specialist using my cell phone, which was a different specialist then the one I was told (on 2 prior visits) it would be. I finally got a referral because I wouldn't give up but I really thought I would need to get Congress to pass an act in order to get it.

I'm so grateful to have such a great clinic nearby. I have used their urgent care twice. They are knowledgeable and friendly as well as efficient. I have been listened to and helped. I wish I could give them more stars! Selah is so fortunate to have Best Practices.

What a team of physicians. I can personally sing the praises of Greg Swartz, Ann Tweedy, and Wayne Hansen along with their wonderful PA Tracey. This team of people care and it shows! You’re not just another patient but treated like a member of the family. I’ll never go anywhere else.

My experience started out great, it's slowly gone down hill. I had an MRI over a week ago and have yet to have my results given to me. I've called 3 times and I keep getting "he hasn't looked at them yet." the voicemail message says call backs are done in order of urgency. I haven't felt my toes in two months and I could barely walk when I came to their clinic. I know there are other emergencies but what does this fall under? I've been told I could permanently lose feeling to my toes if I don't get this fixed. Not impressed one bit.
