Absolutely horrible. I did not wear a mask and was refused medical service because of it. They gas lighted me and said it was my fault that I was refusing service. There is no law! I asked several times and they could not produce me this law. Absolutely horrible way of treating it's veterans.

The staff and personnel are friendly enough and skilled, there does seem to be a little problem with follow up and scheduling.

This is where you go to die. the doctors are crap and enjoy blackmailing the veterans. the administration enjoys cancelling appointments and covering up the multitude of problems. i would recommend to just keep on driving. go to Seattle or Portland VA centers.

Compared to other VA locations this one is a jewel. Not the most state of the art but the aren't swarmed with people.

Call the local clinic in Yakima and get setup to submit the paperwork. The main hub for Yakima is Walla walla.

They are seeing patients on a limited basis due to COVID being so bad in Yakima. Probably the best way to get your earned flu shot would be to call their number, it goes to the Walla Walla switch board and follow the prompt to annual flu shots. The VA has done more outsourcing of these routine tasks and may have something already set up with a local immunization clinic. I do not believe at this time you would have much luck trying to walk in for a shot.
