I have been a patient for over 17 years. Dr. Murphy, Dr. Schefter, Dr. Black. Never had any issues. I tried getting an appointment for my annual allergy shot and apparently "no one can give allergy shots" - per Dr. Gross. Even though I've seen Dr. Gross for the same shot. "Go to your primary care." Allergy season will be over by the time I can get in to see primary care. Zero flexibility at Yakima Ear, Nose, Throat.

My son had to go under at the surgery center and everything from pre op to post op Dr. Shady was so kind, informative and very personable. We highly recommend Yakima ENT and Dr. Shady!

The office itself is pretty nice and spacious with proper covid restrictions. The staff are friendly when in office, however it can take a long time to get anyone on the phone. Don't bother leaving a message as they'll never return it. They also don't respond to fax requests sent in by pharmacies, so when you need a refill you might be out of luck unless you have an appointment and don't leave without a script.
