I can see why this has a 2.5 star rating. Receptionist ignore people waiting in line. When I ask if I can have my CT scan done at a different facility she became very agitated. Staff performing CT scan and X-ray very professional. Yakima's healthcare system is broken we need help not an automated response to poor ratings

Been trying to call to get MRI . I've left several messages with no call back. I've taken all my other medical needs to Seattle looking like I'm headed there for a simple MRI also! Yakima's medical system is severely broken! Very sad!

I have been calling and calling to get my CT scan scheduled. I have been to this imaging place and know they will not schedule anything in person. I need this scan to see if a biopsy is needed to determine if I have lung cancer. Covid is not the only health issue in the world and getting really sick of the medical community using that as an excuse to not do anything else. So do masks not work? So being fully vaccinated has no purpose? If you aren’t going to answer the phone or schedule anything because of Covid you could at least have a message stating it so people are not calling constantly or show up to schedule and not waste their time.

No. Not unless they changed the permissions on the patient portal. However, I haven't heard about any changes like that.
You don't really have a lot of options with them. My son's ultrasound took almost a month for them to schedule. Then it was schedule two weeks out. Call your doctor and see if there is somewhere else you can get your scans if you need them soon.
