Go early. The Market gets very crowded around lunch. We really enjoyed the food. I'm pretty sure lavender is sold there.
There's definitely a booth (or two) that sells fresh herbs. I can't say for sure if they have lavender but I'd be very surprised if they don't. Regardless, the market is a beautiful way to spend a Sunday morning!
