This farmers market puts all others to shame. Best one I’ve ever visited. It’s busy. Parking is atrocious. But the venders and atmosphere are outstanding. Great food and drinks and lots of other interesting things for sale.

One of the best farmers markets in San Diego. Lots of different and wonderful vendors. I usually go and buy some fresh fish, my farm fresh milk and grab lunch from a food vendor and pick up the best produce from the farmers. Always a great afternoon when you go to this market.

Many amazing vendors, but I visit for the food :) there is so much variety, you can find mexican, japanese, thai, indian, greek and turkish food. Also seafood, ceviches, oysters, pastries, desserts, everything!

Best Farmer's Market in San Diego! I frequent several booths, but my two favorites are AJ's and Hidden Bakery. AJ's is New Orleans Cuisine. Their menu rotates. If you get the chance, try the Empanadas and burnt ends. I would dream about them. It seems I never get enough. Hidden Bakery is the new kid on the block; however, they stole my heart and break my diets. I will do extra gym time for them. With thier delectable deserts and lemonade, they'll have you wanting dessert before you hit up any booth. I stop by twice. I always refill on lemonade! Both have amazing customer service!

And buy the ceiviche too. It's like you got to be here to taste the great food and everyone is my friends
8am to 3pm
yes
Not sure. Open on Sundays 10 to 2
According to website for CA Farmers Markets.Shoppers have to check in at the farmers market information booth to swipe their EBT card and receive EBT scrip (tokens or vouchers, depending on the market). They then use the EBT scrip to purchase items directly from the farmers market vendors.

Sounds familiar but not sure. I buy all my vegetables there. Love the butter lettuce!
Yes. They've been open. Mask required though. Enter south of dmv building
According to their website, they are NOT going to be open for the rest of the month. See hillcrestfarmersmarket.com
No
Yes, if you get there early if not there's plenty of parking on Park Boulevard and side streets. Don't know what a LAZ sign is.
The hillcrest farmers market is the best one in San Diego. Every Sunday. Little Italy is my #2 it is good also on Saturday.
Go to their website. Then type in your request. They will mail you an application.
If you pay for parking at the post office, behind the McDonalds, you have a very short walk.
It has closed when it was extremely rainy. But that's an exception, otherwise it always open
I've never seen raw dairy milk sold at the Hillcrest Farmer's Market. Raw cheeses, sure, but never liquid milk.
What you can do is call the owner of farmer's market
They didn't post a notice last week so I'm assuming they're going to be open. Parking might be a little more problematic
The market is on Sundays, and it is open tomorrow.
Yes it will be open. I just confirmed this with my sister who is a vendor. You may need to find an alternative route, however, since the 163 will prob be closed around there.
Go early. The Market gets very crowded around lunch. We really enjoyed the food. I'm pretty sure lavender is sold there.
Yes! Hurry up. Its a nice place to spend a nice time. And get some nice stuff. 😀
No, dogs are not allowed within the market. There are big signs saying pets are not allowed. With that said, there are still many people that bring their dogs anyway.
There is a waiting list to rent spaces at the Hillcrest Farmers Market. I have no idea what a booth space would cost per week.
There are signs indicating that animals are not allowed due to being near food items, however I see people with dogs every time I go.
Contact the Hillcrest Business Association for information.
Yes. There are several vendors that advertise that their food is tasty, healthy, and vegan.
