I lost my passport today and they held at ins and said I was fingered printed three times they said they where gonna deport me back to my country to the us from Mexico can they come into Tijuana and search for me

To Wild Bill Wiederhold: I have a question regarding crossing to Mexico by land walking. Can I cross with only the Green Card? Or I need a my national passport (My passport is expired) or a USA travel document along with the Green Card? I know crossing by car has no issue and returning to the USA with only the Green Card works flawlessly. Thank you

If you are a U.S. citizen or legal alien. It shouldn't be an issue as when you arrive at customs you are already in America. I've forgotten my passport once or more and not had an issue. As long as you have some sort of proof of residency. Best of luck.
