This is my first time coming down. Will be trying to show a new friend a good time while trying to make a good impression. I'm of modest means and have heard parking is expensive. Is there a place where parking is reasonable and not $50 to park

Well I mean you're in downtown San Diego anywhere your Parker you're going to have to pay its downtown, the Convention Center parking $15 a day with no In-N-Out privileges however the hotel parking without valet I think it's $20 a day with in and out privileges as long as you have your room key

There is a AAA rate at the hotel with complimentary parking.

Self park at the hotel is less than the unreasonable valet charge of $50

Right next to the hotel is the San Diego Convention Center. If you're staying for one day that parking is usually between $15-20.
