Can I come took permit test without no appointment

No appt only

When I was there they were allowing people to come without an appointment. But you had to wait and they squeezed you in. I ended up waiting almost 2 hours. And you can't go in the building so if it's extremely hot, or his weather gets cold it's not going to be a great idea. You can't really wait by your car because They have a lady that just comes out and yells your name. She wasn't very loud and a few people missed it. So yeah you can go without an appointment but it's not a good idea.
