My husband and I lived here in the mid 90's. It was a great place to live. It's disappointing to see it has really gone downhill. The complex was crime free. The staff was great. When we would call maintenance they would show up the next day. One time someone parked their car in our parking stall and it was towed out within an hour. Our neighbors were great. The apartment was in great shape, very clean, with new carpet and newer appliances. I have very fond memories of this place. I know it was a long time ago and some deterioration is expected, but I'm sad to see it has come to this.

I just love my home at Overlook Point! When I came to live here I was going through a separation and was anxious about living alone and I was going through an emotional time. From day one the staff were so helpful, and welcoming I suddenly didn't feel so alone anymore. The few times I have needed a repair in my apartment, the maintenance staff has been friendly, timely and efficient. With lots of natural light, an open floor plan for family gatherings, and a beautiful view from my private balcony this has really been a wonderful place to heal. Thank you so much for all you do, I truly appreciate you!
