It is crazy. Go to the driver's license place. There they have a paper with a scan code that actually gets in. Book an appt while there so if any problems you can let them know 8n person. It is insane two trips but that is what I did and it worked
You can walk in but when I went with an appointment there was a very long line of people without an appointment so I would suggest calling and have them help you figure out how to set one up.
