No, this place has AMAZING customer service and will do a general inspection for free if it's their merchandise If it is not their merchandise, they will probably still be willing to do a courtesy check and help you in any way they can
They will make an effort without voiding the warranty. Often times it has to be sent in to the mfg. They can facilitate that as well from what I understand.
