If you're a "Senior" (you decide what age that is)..TechLoop is where to get it done. Whether repairs, new buy, or just consultation...you won't find a better team than Hector and Letif. Xfinity's recent upgrade/outages brought my MacMini to a sudden standstill. With quick home visit, Hector solved it - and very reasonably. Mighty nice to have such service...right in our backyard. Thnx again, guys. Dan and Anita Dippery, Menlo Park

Working remote, I needed a 16in mac book pro charger badly. I went to the apple store, target, best buy, and staples. Nobody had it. I finally went here and they had one ready to go. This is my new go to place.

Wow! Speechless! I brought my PC to Techloop in Menlo Park to swap out the PSU and GPU, and for cleaning. Letif really brought my PC back to life. I was long overdue for an upgrade & cleaning and he did just that. The PC looks basically brand new. Every single inch was cleaned and I couldn't be more pleased. He touched up my keyboard for free and really gave it a face lift. Overall, price was very fair. The installation of the new components was flawless and he provided me a lot of useful information for my next set of upgrades. Aside from the 10/10 product, the customer service was fantastic. He was friendly and informative, but not pushy and answered any questions I had along the way. I will 100% be returning for any tech related needs in the future, as well as recommending him to my network. Good stores are hard to find these days and this is a small business we are lucky to have in Menlo Park.

It's a blessing to be in Silicon Valley and have access to a repair shop with honest and dedicated staff. I brought my MBP 2016 because of heating problems and my battery was already in quite bad shape. Latif fixed the heating issue immediately and then called me to say that I should wait two weeks to see whether there will be any heating issue later; and only then I should change the batteries not to waste money. This would never happen in an Apple Store. Love these guys. Highly recommended!

Hello Christopher, thanks for reaching out! We would need a bit more info on what type and model your monitor is exactly, and what seems to be the issue. In most cases, it’s almost impossible to find parts for monitors, making it unserviceable, or not viable to repair due to high cost.
Hello Molly. Thank you for asking. We work on all types of consumer electronics including speakers, headphones, and short answer is yes, depending on what’s wrong with it, we work on it.
We are currently out of stock on iPhones
