Have never dealt with such discriminative and unprofessional management. I conducted multiple interviews, sent multiple follow-up emails, was told to come to orientation, and no one has ever gotten back to me. I was told by one of the managers I was not “enthusiastic” enough…whatever that means lol. I do not recommend working for this company.

This company would not transport my wife from a hospital to a rehab center unless she gave them $1313. She gave her a credit card. She was also unable to walk or breathe. My insurance company also paid them and they cashed the checked. I have been calling their business office in NYC for months trying to get a refund as they were paid twice for the service. I keep getting the same story, we are working on it. I have even sent a letter to the CEO of the company which went unanswered. I am ready to take them to court to get the money back as they have committed insurance fraud.

No lights or sirens and you're driving well over the speed limit in a small upstate NY village where people walk, kids play etc. Might want to review that part of the safety manual...

This is for their EMT Lina Villarreal. She’s horrible with a bad temperament. Don’t work with the public if you don’t have common courtesy!

Yes

I saw a so-called ambulanz, with siren blaring, driving west bound on East 86th Street and then turn north at Lexington Avenue, and drive north bound on Lexington. By what authority? This is illegal except for NYC emergency vehicles.

A ny state ambulance that is fully stock and equiped with article30 part 800 equipment with a minimum 1 emt basic and 1 certified driver or above is considered an emergency ambulance. Even if it is with a private ambulance company. They are still an ambulance. So long its not out of service.
