If I could give zero stars I would! This place has been the worst experience ever for a dentist office. The front never knows what’s covered by insurance. So I always do my own research call the company and find out for myself, only for the one of the front girls to tell me very rudely it’s never covered by insurance and that I need to pay immediately for the services. When I receive my documents from my insurance company it shows they did receive payment for it than I need to call the office for a refund and need to wait to be reimbursed since they only do that once a month. How is that my problem! If they actually looked up this information in the system on their end (which they can but don’t) they would could save a whole lot of head aches for people. Next, I rarely receive a phone call back when I am following up on my case. My crowns are covered by insurance, followed up with my insurance company why nothing is happening they never sent it the documents needed for them to review and approve it. If your not happy with what insurance pays than maybe you guys should reconsider taking insurance at all cause this has been over a year and I am still waiting and nothing has happened.

From the first phone call to the receptionist to the x ray tech to the dentist this was truly one of my best Dentist experience. I am so afraid of dentist but the whole team maid me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I start the work on my mouth on Monday. I'll let u know how that goes. I'm actual looking forward to going back. So far so good. Check back Monday
