Very average place. I'm guessing it's run by one guy, which is understandable and the main reason im not giving lower stars. Place was very messy and smelled very heavily of cigars (there's a cigar shop next door but if it was my business I would do something to try and cover that smell). Sold and bought records here. I got very much lowballed on the records I sold and was only offered store credit, but considering I just wanted to get rid of some records taking up space, I don't care too much. Just know that this is more so a quick flip for records and not a good way to actually sell them. Anything you want a good price for, sell on discogs. Now the buying experience was alot more important to me since I could've gotten a penny for each record and not really cared. I bought about 8 records and the prices were slightly above market, which is again understandable considering its a small business. The real issue I have is that nothing is play tested or cleaned. They have a test player set up but I was in a bit of a rush and even with 8 records, it's alot of time to playtest when you are looking to buy them and go. It looks like they are not testing or cleaning, yet are pricing at slightly above market for VG+. Most reputable places only sell VG or above unless it specifically says on the record. I would say half of the ones I got were VG and the other half were poor. Most of the records were bargin bin, but I paid $25 for one in particular that I've been looking for, and was very disappointed that it plays so poorly. I could've gotten that one for $20 online in VG+, but I would've gladly paid $30 for a VG just to support a local store. My big recommendation would be to put untested/uncleaned stuff in the bargain bins (I understand one guy can't test and clean everything that comes in) and the high priced stuff ($20+) should all be ultra sonic cleaned and tested or automatically price it at the market price for G instead of VG+. Also please fix that smell. It was pretty overbearing. I would not shop here again in the near future, but will probably check in a year or so to see if they have improved at all.

This store does have a decent selection. However, their pricing is too high. You can do much better elsewhere with equal quality.

A very nice record shop. The selection is great and the quality of disks is high. The owner stands by his product too and is reasonable about purchases you aren’t satisfied with. (I personally have always been satisfied but a friend made a return with not hassle at all). Prices are fair to a tiny bit high but not unreasonable at all.

Great selection of records, always find something cool in the new arrivals for the LPs/45s. Owner is friendly and laid back. Never feel rushed when digging through. Good selection of cassettes too. Highly recommend!

Hand sanitizer at the door and masks (properly worn over nose and mouth) required.
We do. Mostly used LPs from the 80s and 90s, but some later and some selected reissues.
Technically you can as we sell on discogs (username lostsocks), but we only have around fifty items up for sale as we generally put stuff in the shop before we try putting them online.
Sorry, I didn't see this! We have a technician who can. Feel free to call us at the shop! 860-872-5506
We plan to but not yet!
Not generally, no. In certain instances (for example, an old recording of a family member on a privately pressed record) we have done it. Feel free to call the shop for more details.
