Carter Chevrolet and their team especially Leonardo my sales associate were exceptional in assisting in purchasing my new new car. He was patient, detailed and extremely customer friendly. I appreciate the time he took to guide and assist me in me choosing what is now my family vehicle... thank you again...also when you go in for a service please ensure everything is done before you leave. I had an experience on my last service that left me very dissatisfied. Normally when I do a service my fluids are topped off...I did my service on Friday sept 2nd. I did not use my wiper fluid. By Saturday the 3rd my dash has a message of low wiper fluid. I will be calling to ensure all my fluids are refilled and I would not be paying anymore money. I already paid $100.06 for the service that was not complete. I am very disappointed 😞.

Service is bad. Very careless with equipment. Name calling their own colleague Infront of customer. Left their tools in the car itself and not even apologize for their mistake. No checks and balances process.

Very professional when it came to the work done on my suv and done on a very timely manner. Unlike scranton chevrolet that took 8 months to replace an engine 3 week to fix transmission and during that stole a control knob n scratch my hood. So vernon chevrolet is 100% better then the other chevy deals hip near by.

These guys are the best. By far the most straight forward dealership I have ever bought a car from. Mark our salesman was great not pushy at all and was able to answer any questions we had. The best part was we were in and out for the most part in under 2 hours. I think I have finally found a good honest dealership I can trust.
