I started working with this store on April 6th, 2022 for a delivery scheduled on May 12th, 2022. We worked out details long in advance and I was shocked that my order did not arrive on time for my work teambuilding event. This made my event look disorganized and unprofessional as members were promised drinks. Order was scheduled for 1:30pm and did not finally arrive until 3pm. There was no explanation or email back from the store when I expressed my discontentment. The only saving grace was the employee who packed his own car and came to make the delivery at 3pm once I'd called the store ~10 times. Not sure what happened to the delivery driver, but I thought some sort of discount would have been offered, or at least a response to my email. My company will not be ordering from here again as this put a damper on our event.

Wide variety of alcohol. Not yet a one-stop convenience store like some other BevMo locations. Good selection of low-price and top-shelf liquors. Wine categorized by region. Discount section way in the back left corner.
