If you want to take pictures for your US/ international passport, visa then this is the best place to consider. Also they are good at taking pictures for infants and toddlers. And last but not the least they sell all kinds of cameras, lenses and accessories.

I love making photos. This is my favorite place to buy different stuff for my hobby. Every time I need to buy or rent smth I go to Mike's camera. Even if I need just a good advice about shooting I go there. People who works there are mostly professional photographers and can give a professional advice for free. Love love love this place.

I called many, many places (chain and private) for a price on the Nikon D3400 and this place not only was professional, patient, and answered all of my questions thoroughly (Jose was the employee) but they matched competitive prices for the camera plus the purchase includes a free 30 minute consult to teach you how to use it plus a free 2 hour photography class! Upon arriving for the consult with my daughter, Jose tended to us as scheduled and gave us a great experience (myself and my daughter) showing her first hand the basic functions, etc You walk into the store and it's immaculate, just really high quality products, very knowledgeable employees to assist you, and the area is very accessible for parking in the back lot. I am so glad we went with Mike's Camera Shop!!!

Misha Yes we do stock some photo chemistry but it is only available for pick up as we cannot ship it.
We try to have all film processed in a few days, Sometimes it can take up to a week depending on volume Mike
Since the first day that we were able to reopen we have an hourly schedule in place for cleaning and sanitizing counters, computers, kiosks and all surfaces. Customers and employees are all required to wear a mask while in the store. We are actively monitoring the number of customers in the store and the social distancing requirements. Mike

Absolutely. best is to call our rental department in Sacramento at 916-444-6080 and they can arrange to have what you need delivered to the store ready for you to pick up
No, this place has AMAZING customer service and will do a general inspection for free if it's their merchandise If it is not their merchandise, they will probably still be willing to do a courtesy check and help you in any way they can
Bring it by so that we can take a look for you. We are not able to repair these in house but can handle the repair process for you and send it to Nikon directly.
