They do it for free a lot of the time. They have days that they set up to fix the cats....( Neutered or spayed) I think they will be happy to fix the cat cause of the population of cats...but you'd get a better answer directly from them if you call. I don't know, but if they are to pricy called the feline rescue in Salisbury they are reasonable and they have a van that comes to different towns to do spading
