Bad service messed up my pre orders for ps5 remote and 3 games then some how I cancels witch I never did and nothing could be done garbage Management Will never buy from there again I suggest going to a different game stop

I was missed informed by the salesperson at this store into buying a new controller for Xbox One thinking it was rechargeable I traded in my original controller to drop the price and received a controller that's exactly like the one I traded in the salesperson mislead me to make a profit and in doing so dropped my image of gamestop to a low October 20 2020

There was one guy there who was super disrespectful. I walked in and asked to return an item and he asked me how old are you and I said it doesn’t matter I’m over the age of 14 and he said to me that I can’t return the item even the game was rated T. When I was walking out of the store I turned around and he was back on his phone watching videos. I haven’t had any problems going to that GameStop other than this time.
