Steve helped solve my bed frame situation instead of me having to return it and sleep w a mattress on the floor. One of the legs did not come threaded properly and he spent an hour helping me come up w a proper alternative and left me w instructions on what to do when I got home. I went to this home depot in Methuen Massachusetts to buy an item that I couldn't find at The Home Depot near my home. 1st I couldn't find a cart. I finally removed some of the stock off of a cart and struggled to get the item onto the cart because no one was around to help. My item was quite large and heavy. I was able to maneuver the item onto the cart and went to the front of the store and paid for it at which time I asked the cashier if someone could help me to get this into my car. She called over the loudspeaker and no one came. I waited 15 minutes and then went out and try to get it into my car myself. Worst customer service ever!!!!! Will never come here again no matter what!

Methuen Home Depot is definitely my favorite, not just because the staff are always helpful and nice to converse with, but because literally every other aisle has a price check scanner, just makes things go smoother. You know the price exactly, no issues when checking out and no back ups from it. And yes that photo of my receipt definitely bdays .01 for a 300 watt digital transformer.... Which roughly go for $300+
