I am very pleased with the petsonal trainers at WOW of Methuen. I met with Marc and Freddy a month ago. They asked me what Mt goals were and the areas I wanted to work on then they had me working those areas. Since that initial meeting I have been working with Freddy. I had never used the weight equipment before and he made sure I was comfortable with the exercises and he makes me laugh. I look forward to my sessions. They are very knowledgeable as well. I am learning from him. Thanks Redwood personal trainers. Who knew working out could be fun...

I was tricked by the personal trainer in WOW in Methuen. Last June 2021, they tricked me and my daughter to sign the contract with them. I asked Robert that my daughter will be back to college so can we freeze the account and when she goes back home, she can begin her section. He said yes so we signed the contract. My daughter called them to freeze the account and they said that we couldn't do that. We either pay penalty for cancelation or continue to pay and when my daughter back home, she will schedule the section We have no choice so we continue to pay. My daughter is now back home and we are trying to call all the numbers which is either not in service or Robert or Keith are no longer work there. I called WOW in Methuen and come to the gym. They do nothing to help. Can anyone help us? They are acting like a thief

This is a horrible gym. The cancellation policy was created by power hungry animals. You mean to tell me if I want cancel my membership I have to pay for my monthly fee as well as a buyout fee? This place is disgusting. Of course, I froze my account, but after three months they charge you? Let alone we’re in a pandemic and everyone is struggling. This whole company is sick. I will never do businesses with this soul sucking gym again.
