Technically arrived a minute after close to pick up a title I'd reserved (got stuck with every red light and slow driver in the state on the way, I swear) and the crew were nice enough to let me in anyhow to do a quick trade in and pay for my game. Very much appreciated, let me tell you. It's nice to see customer service hasn't completely died out in this day and age where employees at stores can often treat customers like an imposition.

I went there on friday, april ,13th 2018 around 6:30 pm there was a guy with brown hair working and he was very rude to me when i asked him any questions. I still purchased a used game and when i opened the game there was many sticky finger prints all over the backside. I have been a Gamestop customer for many years and never encountered an employee with such horrible customer service. I am just glad i didnt expose any children to that on that particular day.

Do offer cleaning and repair services
Yeah usually have a few copies after the people who pre-ordered it...
They do not. You can trade it in but it would be deduced since it is damaged, and use what you have towards a new one. Or I believe if you really want it fixed, you can contact Sony and send it out. But for that price, might as well trade in the broken one and get a new one.
