You definitely can do that or even go on Facebook in the area you live in and give it away to ppl who may need these gifts. Ppl will pick it up if you ask them or you can bring it to them. I myself would go that route...mspca is good but depending where you are they're aren't the nicest ppl or place to bring animals or animal items. Hope this helps. Have a blessed day.🌞
Personally, I'd hold on to the collar and leash for memories-sake, but they'll gladly take the bed, crate, and possibly coats. Sorry for your loss...
