Not sure but after reading all the reviews about service here I would shop somewhere else.
YES
Unless you can find someone who has one in stock, it usually takes a couple of weeks to get one due to the size of the box it has to come on a freight truck. I would ask whoever is going to install it to request a build sheet for the rear wall to determine the location and ensure there is sufficient backing for support.
Not sure. Youll be able to buy one, but you'll likely wait next to forever for installation. We bought a new RV on June 21st, were pushed to "take delivery" of it by June 30 for their end of month sale's quota. Here it is 2 months later and we still have yet to put a toothbrush in a brand new very expensive Motorhome! So many things were wrong with it from the factory that they had the coach until 10-12 days ago. Because of their "Keep You Camping" policy, you are constantly pushed to the back of the line for service and mind you that we dropped close to $200,000. and that's the way we were treated. We took our coach over to LazyDays for some custom work at Wade RV a small shop in one of the service bays at Lazy Days. They custom made wheel/tire covers, custom windshield washer blade covers and custom made step/stair treads for us and had the job completed in two days. The entire team at LazyDays and WadeRV were exceptional even though our coach was purchased at General RV.
