No service at all. Once they have your money purchasing an RV they completely minored me. I had to fix all my discrepancies on my brand new unit with my own time and money. I really don’t think they have knowledge of the products they sell. Even simple problems are monumental tasks for General RV. The Florida Attorney General should take a peek at this company as they take advantage of unsuspecting buyers of what should be a fun experience that consistently turns into a stressful ordeal. The largest family owned dealership is a crock of you know what!
We have been waiting 2 months and still no registration
Yes, I agree I had to fix all my issues myself and out of pocket money. I will never never purchase from them in any state as This is not the only one that hasn't a clue how to fix or any type of customer service They sure know how to jack the price up and I seen on tv where they where changing the purchase agreement paper work and I sure know they are crooksssssss I will never set foot in a General RV Dealer again been 12 yrs now and my Montana will never be in their greedy hands.
Call again and/or ask for extension on temporary plates and see what is causing delay.
Ask for f&i as they are the ones handling the paperwork on your plates.
Call them again.. They are really usually very prompt
