Dont go to general rv unless you want to fight nonstop. We bought new, thats a joke. We probably been better off going to a rv junkyard!! Im telling you, people think camping world is bad, general rv is a horror compared to camping world!!

I agree!! Went to General RV in TAMPA for 2nd TT, hoping it would be better than Camping World. Definitely worse!! Have had TT for not even a year and still fighting for proper warranty repairs!!

We have been there four or five times had really nice sales people but we never purchase anything we purchased from lazy days

Same problem with General RV Tampa , bought a new 5ft wheel in March . Went to pick it up door was damaged took 3 months to get new door. Took first trip in May had multiple problems , took back when they replaced the door . Picked it up two days later not fixed because no parts ,well here it is 3 months later still no parts. I asked for estimate for some new blinds back in June still no able to get a quote 3 months ago..I email and call service adviser does not respond, I even emailed service manager, parts manager and operations manager the other day and still no response, guess I need to call the CEO....great sales team but that's it ....will not purchase from them again
