Actually I do have Sirius and asked for traffic and I was told the audio system my Lexus did not support the traffic alternative even I have the full Sirius channel option

Currently, they are Separate Systems. The Current system is Free Forever. Sirius is a Paid Subscription Service. Current vehicles will Not allow you a choice. Most people use the "WAZE" App anyway!?!
